By creating an account or using Ordaflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ordaflow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Ordaflow is an order management platform designed for small businesses operating on WhatsApp. It allows you to log orders, manage customers, track deliveries, and view revenue analytics. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use Ordaflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, using the service to harass or harm others, or violating any applicable local or international laws.
Your use of Ordaflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, and software that forms part of Ordaflow is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the orders, customer records, or business information you enter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordaflow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
